We want you to step into your most alluring self with every Brat Noir set. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you don't absolutely love your nails—if they don't make you feel like the main character—we'll take them back for a full refund. No hard feelings, babe.

2. Eligibility for Returns & The "Fair Play" Vibe

  • The Timeline: You’ve got 30 days from the moment your order lands to request a return or exchange.

  • The Condition: Unlike boring brands, we actually want you to try them.

    • First Set: You can return your first opened set even if you’ve worn them (because how else will you know if they fit your vibe?).

    • Additional Sets: To keep things fair and fabulous, any additional sets in the return must be unopened and in pristine condition.

  • Note: If you are returning a bundle, we calculate the refund based on what you keep.

  • Who pays? You’re responsible for the return shipping cost—unless, of course, it’s our little oops or you’ve got a defective item (then we’ve got your back, no question).
